why paypal not load?

   for some reason the last couple of days paypal wont load in my browser on my laptop. all i get is this..
   
   

   This page isn’t working
   
   paypal.com didn’t send any data.
   ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE

   
   yet it doesn't happen with any other website at all, plus paypal loads fine on my phone.
   
   anyone got any ideas what might be going on here?
   
   i thought it was just a temporary thing but its starting to not look that way now.
