Plans for the weekend

   Ive got a four day paid weekend. Just over on the coast where its much cooler about to go to the casino after another bowl.
   
   I'm spending my days off volunteering and doing community work to give back to the community. Then on Sunday Ill be at church all day long.
   
   I actually won $100 playing video poker at a bar today, which is what prompt me to come to the coast.

   The main point is that Im doing volunteer work for the community. And the church stuff.
   
   Throwing that in there shows my moral commitment to the community and should create a positive image of myself so others know that they can trust me.
   
   Its kind of like when you buy something and they ask if you'd like to donate and you reply "I already donated earlier today..." creating an image of a caring and empathetic individual.

   Not to move the focus of the thread, but in my experience this is what poor people say when they're too cheap to donate, but have too much pride to give a straight "no".

   I am going to continue the move to take focus off the thread. Don't ever donate your change in the little coin box that sits on the counter of the cash register. My ex told me they use that money to balance their drawers.

    If you donate when you buy something, that corporation gets the tax write off. Do research on where your money goes and if you then choose to donate to that cause, donate to it yourself and get your own tax write off.
