Not much on it yet…maybe in future. You need a specialized Environmental Dr to understanding findings if you do have it…inflammatory markers usually are high including toxic metals or mercuy. Mercuy slows down metabolism and causes suicidal tendencies. I SAID THAT YOU MAY HAVE THIS OR SIMILAR…NOT THAT YOU DO. A good specialist or Neuro Dr will rule out mental disorders, MS, extreme allergies, depression, etc…so maybe you're just stressed out or depleted in vitamins or needed minerals.

In this case you want something that assimilates fast…it enters the colon and heals intestines faster unless you have a serious problem. Pills not as beneficial…acid kills most of the active ingredient. .

To increase improvement even more taking Pre-biotics as a total solution…still watch for allergies. Nat Drs can help…they're trained to pick the right combination for you and doses.

Too many meds prescribed for the wrong reasons and why so many zombies exist. I was once in ER when a man died out of pure negligence…someone forgot to plug in his RU and he stopped breathng. bullshit.

they have people who poison you and then blame it on you and find markers to make sure their poisons are working

then you confront one of them one day when they least expect it.

pull them in to the scenerio they painted first.

    Quite possibly.

But, again -- perhaps you understood.

@OP -- don't do anything and then when you don't get anything done you will have nothing to do.

Could it possibly be that you're burnt out and need a break?

I take a good break from programming in the summer months, usually. I code when I can but Im usually to busy with going out. I save programming for the rain, which I get lots of.

You'd think that, but i am not even a dev in any professional capacity. The thing with programming for me is for some reason whatever i am coding has to be just the right amount of challenging when i am working on it or i lose interest quick. If it's too easy it gets tedious and when it's too hard it gets frustrating. I work optimally at some space in between.

It fucks with my plans though because i plan to develop app X or Y and sometimes the coding process is too easy, or too hard for that matter and my motivation kind of dies off. I can still force myself through if i must but i really hate doing that and it spoils the fun of coding for me that way.

But that's just coding. I do more than that and i don't just mean IT related things. I have a million interests just some times i lack the motivation to pursue any of them even when i set what i feel are like realistic goals.

i used to be addicted to browsing the internet and when i got over it i had a very similar problem. things that i wanted to do and that i had to do i couldnt bring myself to do. when i wanted to do something productive i was feeling physically ill sometimes lmao.

anyways, what has helped me the most is seeing my IRL friends do something productive for motivation and apart from that just getting over that feeling of i want to fucking die if i do anything but lay in bed. its hard and it sucks cock but its easier when you can get lost in your work, like reading or learning vocabulary. sorry, i cant give you any secret tech, its basically just do it or eat shit

I'm the same, and I think that's the main reason why I'm a procrastinator.
So, I always tried to do works which I loved and excited me. Not always easy though and it lacks "security", but that's the way I am now.

Right now I'm doing smth which I do not like per se (translations) but it pays well. So, in order to bring myself to finish them and not get bored to death I think of the money I'll earn, which will serve me to do things I like.
I see the job as a tool now. Not smth to define me and be ambitious about it. I guess that helps.

I get that. The shitty thing about my personality is though i tend to get lead by my emotions. And they always lead me astray, ugh.

Yeah, indeed it is about being lead by our emotions. We give 100% and more, about things that makes us feel good, creative, excited about. And zero for what bores us but we need to do. It's the hardest thing to do cause you need to apply self-discipline and control, which I am not very good at. lol

Lol me neither. I have little self-discipline. We are like The Sith, ruled by our passions. I know that's not Tolkien but the analogy is still poignant.
