What they do is setup a van with a mobile receiver/transmitter in it, hijack your packetstream, then harvest away. It's all legal, too - to the extent that nobody is going to do anything about it, and they know it.

even though Trump and Putin deny it, the Russians have been hacking our interfaces and network systems. the fact they hacked and infiltrated face/book is enough to always be cautious. I have had to reset my password on both AOL and Gmail accounts. of course, I do work with government contracts, but the fact I could not login and had to reset my passwords alerted me. and my contacts are always reminding of the Russian hackers.
