I'm considering asking my doctor to put me on lithium because benzo withdrawal has taken a turn in the past few months where I'm having trouble managing emotional swings, which is so foreign to me because I'm not a very emotional person normally. Anger especially is something I'm not used to acting out on and it's exhausting and unprofessional since I don't generally have the gumption needed to call people out in the first place. I don't really experience the energy flooded reciprocal to that though. It's more like every once in a long while, I'll have plenty of motivation to do things I don't normally want to do, but that's rare and doesn't feel dopaminergic or manic in the slightest, more like feeling well after a good night's sleep wanting to get things done. I still think it's a good option though.
What do you think of lithium Zanick, is it helpful to you?

I've been experimenting with microdosing bundy for nerve pain while at work a few times in the past few weeks. I did about 90mg one day and 60mg another day. It seems to be fairly effective but I'm hesistant to keep trying this because even though I'm not visibly high or altered or anything, a dose as low as 60mg is enough turn my pupils into saucers. Bundy also does this creepy thing with my pupils where I can make them enormously dilated on demand, but they also kinda go back and forth between dilated and semi-dilated on their own. I'm afraid I'll be talking to someone and they'll see my pupils changing sizes and I dunno how explain that to my charge nurse. -

Try not taking cuck drugs and then get back to us -
2018-07-04 at 1:53 PM UTCFind some orange microdot [200ug], preferably double-barrel. They are very moderate and give you an nice smooth buzz - just enough to get into a nice zone, but not enough to put you over the top. Highly recommended. Take one double or two singles and it takes about an hour to kick in, then you'll be good for about 6-8 hours, whereupon you can take 1 or 2 every 5 hours and ride you along nicely for days.

Lol, you haven't done drugs in a long time have you -
2018-07-04 at 2:29 PM UTCSo 200ug is a small dose and you can stay on LSD for days?
What the fuck is it with these people pretending to have been on week long LSD trips ffs? -
2018-07-04 at 2:54 PM UTCYou can go about a week straight easy on acid. You kids don't know what the fuck you're talking about. Take a whole 4-way blotter of "Black Death" and you'll be fried for almost two weeks, no sleep whatsoever. By the way, different batches have different properties. It's not like all acid is the same.

You're full of shit. Serotonergic psychedelics cause irreversible tolerance after whatever you take wears off, and it can last anywhere from three days to two weeks (in the case of the nBOMes)
Either what you're taking is a non-serotonergic phenethylamine (the longest of which is documented at 36 hours, see https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/2,5-Dimethoxy-4-iodoamphetamine) or you're full of shit -

As I've said before, sub-breakthrough DMT is underrated. I've had tremendous insight into some of the most serious problems in my life by contemplating them when my lungs are filled with the spice. In one sense, you could definitely say that not breaking through leads to breakthroughs of another sort.

My mood seems more stable with lithium, but it did nothing to ease the torment of my benzo withdrawal. I do notice the slightest indication of mania when I forget it for a day or two, so it must be doing something. I'm lucky in that I don't have noticeable side-effects apart from a powerful thirst, but YMMV.

Wow, look at mister special over here who's never become wildly unstable in his life and doesn't have to worry about interactions between prescribed and recreational drugs. You should get a medal or something for that, you piece of subnormal nigger garbage. -

You racist fuck
But no, I actually have, and trusted doctors when they prescribed me shit that fucked me up (in a bad way) and they lied to me, saying there would be no serious side effects or withdrawal symptoms (geodon, clonodine and gabapentin)
When I realized how fucked up they were, researched the long term effects, got unbearable side effects, etc I stopped taking them
And honestly, you shouldn't be commenting on effects of drugs while you're taking psychiatric medication
That being said, lithium is probably the least "brain-wrecking" of the mood stabilizers, and i was drunk as fuck when i wrote that, so I apologize
Your hostile reaction should make you reconsider why you're taking that shit in the first place though -

Nigga, you needn't be sorry. I apologize if I didn't make it clear that I wasn't being serious. I think it's hard finding a psychiatrist who makes a good fit, but I've done well in that department. Regarding the drugs, I am skeptical, but I continue to take them because my family would worry about me otherwise and because they seem to be helping me at this point in my life. If I can get off of them before the end of this year, I'll be very pleased. -

Yeah, breakthroughs make it impossible to do anything but enjoy the trip.
Low dose has been incredible, it grants me incredible clarity of thought and is highly productive.
I really step into my role as the steward of my body and the person it has built an identity around. I can see all his gears, and most of all I can see his foibles. And I can see how to get around them.
One recent "breakthrough" I had through low dose DMT is the actual truth about my clinical depression and its role in my life. I do not take any medications and I've been managing it through meditation, introspection and discipline.
As a result, I feel like shit day in and day out, from the time I wake up to the time I go to sleep. I feel like I have no energy. I only do everything I have set out for myself day to day and week by week because I know I must do it in order to achieve my goals. I always feel like I'm punching up by doing anything, but I do it anyway.
To me, this dynamic has become normal, feeling like shit waaay beyond my physical health and doing things anyway because it's what I need to do. The problem is, I never really understood the mental toll it takes on me. It is "normal" for me to punch up all the time.
But on DMT, I can "see" those cogs turning. I can see it's just a physical thing. And more importantly, somehow I can seize the reins and control my body without that enhancement, and I physically feel healthier and more energetic, because I don't have that weird black hole of despair enhancementing all my experiences any more. More importantly, the mental burden of having to fucking fight to wake up and hit the shower was gone. I was just making decisions.
Ever since then, my motivation to stay disciplined has gone way up, and I still feel drained but now I know why, and that it's bullshit and an invalid lie created by some malevolent feature of my biology, it is no different than having damaged hearing. So powering through it isn't remotely as much of an effort now.Wow, look at mister special over here who's never become wildly unstable in his life and doesn't have to worry about interactions between prescribed and recreational drugs. 2018-07-04 at 7:40 PM UTCi've been looking into microdosing myself recently. i did recommend it to malice but he wasn't having it tho. i still got 4 of those blotters left that are pretty mild, like 100ug, i did 2 at the weekend. i'm gonna split one into 4 or 5 and try that, might do it this weekend actually. a pal of mine has a motorbike and is gonna pick me up on it and go for a ride to the beach or summing so that should be pretty cool.

2018-07-04 at 7:50 PM UTCHe's an OK outline and schedule. It also has info on microdosing other psychedelics.

You should be splitting it into 8 if you actually want to microdose. ~25ug is just a light trip. -

I'm not too privy to find out though.
I could say "Yeah it's my meds, I don't wanna talk about it" and leave them scratching their heads trying to figure out what it is though. Bug em out a little bit.
It's retarded that pcp is still on every 5-panel test and benzos aren't because virtually nobody outside of like downtown DC does pcp anymore since the early 2000's. It would be much more helpful for employers to know if their employees are potentially abusing benzos vs potentially abusing pcp, an unheard of friggn' novelty drug to 99% of the US. -
2018-07-04 at 8:08 PM UTCI tried like 25 or 30ug before work one time, it was neutral on the whole, but it was more emotionally difficult than I'm comfortable with I remember. Not bad though.
