because more and more people sell out. they take the cash and buy a sense of security and comfort in this ever changing grid of false singularity in which there will be us (The part of singularity) and them who control the knobs. they will just find who is inteligent enough to overcome others they paid off and then turn those who can break into their matrix and either pay off anyone who rebels with anarchy or they just have wetwork come in and one by one, "Found and forgotten".
