   My butler brought me 6 gold encrusted shot glasses of ice cold lemonade and it tasted like it was made with bottle lemon juice rather than freshly squeezed Peruvian Zegni lemons.
   
   I am pondering whether to flog him with a whip or feed his arm to my piranhas while he watches. What do you suggest?
