    very subtle but I'm curious if there is a quake somewhere. small or far away.

    every now and then we hear loud bangs and pops. we live near a hillside. creeping. you can see it in the roads.

    Oakland roads are a fucking mess. buckling and potholes on every fucking street just about. worst city roads at least on the western side of the USA

    I wouldn't be shocked. this buildings sewer line and plumbing is all fucked up. some guy I know told me he worked on this building in the early 90s and said they did shoddy work.

    the configuration is done wrong for a multi story structure.
