   I think Im starting to understand solid-phase synthesis. Start with the t-boc or fmoc and first amino acid in the sequence, then allow the reaction to take place. Then remove the buffer and add the next amino acid. Then remove the buffer and add the next until the sequence is complete. Doesnt seem overly complicated.
