    I bought an acre with water septic and a 12x60 mobile home for 27000.00 in Vt,, it was the cheapest move in ready residence in the whole state,, my taxes are only 600 a year so I'm pretty well set up for my retirement

    I got 36.00 from welfare back in the 80's,, it wasnt worth my time to deal with the paperwork to draw welfare so I have been self sufficient my whole life,, Iv only had one job I held long enough to draw unemployment,, didn't even file for it when the I got layied off because I dont like dealing with paperwork or cockuckers that do paperwork

    Tax lien foreclosure auctions.. Check with your county clerks office to see when they go to sell. Do some research on it, definitely worth looking into. Otherwise, what are you looking for? Just a place to live, or a house with a little land? Whats your objective? Cheap land isn't too hard to come by, but something with water/electric hookups already available tend to cost a little more. If you don't need land, fixing up a Van into a mobile covert home on wheels and living an adventure lifestyle can be attractive.
