   Ergo, they must be granted due process in criminal court of the state in which they are apprehended.

    That is not correct. In order for a person to benefit from protection, they must first be an American citizen. Non-American citizens do not have any rights or protection other than those afforded by the United Nations.

    That's why a wall is necessary and better border control. Also add specific laws where anyone entering illegally into the US will be immediately returned at point of entry with no documents or origin and deported. Make Mexicans responsible for illegal entry in their country from overseas and allow no transfer. Exactly what Hungry and Italy are proposing and the flow will stop.

    I actually have a different opinion with all joking aside. A two party system can't last long under these conditions and the alternative is either a dictatorship or communism. A party in the center may make things worse and we'll only become like Italy with useless governing. With Cali and Texas wanting to seperate it seems like many states will eventually go on their own and the poorer states will fight it. Next step is Civil War...every great nation fails and is subjected to eventual division. Hell 30 Niggas and DH members on this site can't get along...don't expect a nation filled with millions of haters to compromise or find a solution. Hidden in the Constitution I think this was implied that it could happen and probably will in time. One thing we forget...Canada has no military and NORAD and ALERT become weaker each year and with Russians getting stronger they may try to not honor peace in time with new technology. With Mexicans and South Americans hating us filled with communists to the south the scenario really doesn't look that good and the only suggestion I have is enjoy your life before it disappears.

    True. Canada has literally next to no defense capabilities. The Liberals in power are anti-borders, anti-nationalism, anti-military, and they have a majority government right now.
