   swim wants to paint his toyoda fire engine red and put a big honking air horn and cool undercover fireman sirens on his car and change the back seat into a big water tank and hose rack.
   
   i guess its true what they say where theres smoke theres fire. and swim will listen to the scanner for fire calls and try to beat the FD to the seen and fix the fire first.

   that car is not that fast though so they'll probably beat you there. what you should do is get one of them crotch rocket modorcycles and build a simple rack with metal pipes that lets big water tanks hang off each side so you have hold a lot of water and go really fast. then the hose you can put in a backpack that you wear and when you get there you just screw it into the water tank.
