Um did you read what was else posted...the cops only need suspicion that the pipe is being used illegally. Again the fact weed was currently being smoked in it has little to do with the fact the cops could stop and hassle you anyway for possession of drug paraphernalia (again the pipe not the weed)...after all you might have a rock of crack under than weed yes?.
As long as they have cause to check you out re: detain you...they can and probably will do it. You've got to be pretty naive/dumb not to understand that..lololol -

grind up some spice mixtures and put them in little baggies and make them look like drugs then advertise on craigslist using really weird sounding obscure drug slang that real drug users would probably not fall for but cops would, then just keep acting super sketchy but without actually saying or doing anything that suggests that it drugs. like "half g of magic powder for $20" or whatever, then meet up with them and sell it to them.
then when they arrest you act like a total dick and resist a little, but you have your friend hiding in the bushes and he videotapes it while they beat you, but he only starts the tape after you resist so you don't see that part. upload it to the internet and then sue the shit out of the police. -

They only need suspicion to stop you, sure. You can't be charged with anything simply for possessing a glass tube though. This thread is about trolling them, not how to avoid talking to police. Well the inconvenience to you kind of negates your trolling of them doesn't it? wasting their time by wasting yours...not really very efficient trolling! (and not to mention what happens when they don't find anything on you but then DO after planting it...) -

but by that logic any cop in any state where weed was illegal could stop anybody with a cigarette because 'it might have weed in it'.

lol i used to troll the pigs when i was 16 with my buddy, we would drive around smoking weed at night and go to pay phones and call 911 and invented a character "scott" and would say we "scott" is suicidal... then drive to another pay phone and up the anty by saying "its me scott again .... and this time i have a gun" all the while sitting in the bush's smoke bowl after bowl giggling are heads off as they drove around like retards.
another good way to troll cops that almost always works but has backfired on me a couple times is giving them a fake name. I go by "bobby (the italian stallion) risigliano" because i look italian. that or i go by "zach (ballsack) dailey"
