honestly don't know if you're serious or trying to be ironic and I don't get the underlying point
communism is not a viable system, modern China is a testament to that - pretty much the only surviving 'communist' system of government is not communist at all
besides, the rise of communist ideology in China largely came with Mao - his rule and initiatives were a direct result of conflicts between the US and Russia -
