   You’d have to buy the property first. Property requires money. You’d have to pay taxes on said property. Vans aren’t boats,so you’d need to take a road to said river...which is using public services. You’d have to eat...fish? Requires a license.

   That is what floated are door. You could also just attach water bottles to it and with enough it will float.
