   You mean numbered accounts off shore or in Swiss banks...happens every day with no names. In the past usually for drugs and laundeering and why US currency is now being refused in most situations. Laws have changed and it's not even possible in Belize anymore. Legal transactions require a FATCA charge and steep monthly payments. Secrecy is still possible...yet you can't just walk in with a few million and expect it to be taken like in the old days before terrorism. As for bank accounts in a different names it's easy...use an artistic name unless you can't prove you need one and if you don't depositing large sums of money you can say good by Charlie. Lol.
