    Pending law suits are still active and intelligent stock holders will leave once the take over is complete. Growth potential is limited and Bayer mostly is after patents most of all. Nothing wll clean up the mess and by joig the two I see no benefits.

    The problem with Monsanto is not GE being unhealthy. How dumb can you be? Genetic engineering literally saves lives. You'd probably be pretty malnourished if all our grains weren't fortified.
