There's an Italian lady that owns a small restaurant with her husband and she makes the greatest sauce. She bottles it for me and gives me her special cheese also along with some home made garlic butter. All I have to do is prepare the Lasagna...bloody amazing. I only have it once a month on Sunday...nothing better except her in restaurant dinners. They're from the south and always have some interesting old school gentlemen eating there if you know what I mean. Lol. The amounts they can eat is incredible and all served with bottles of Toscano wine.
