   ^that, pretty much daily in a 15 minute walk to and from work. I walk by a big plaza in one of the biggest shopping districts in the city and it's not uncommon to see people chilling on the benches openly smoking a joint. I don't the the police care anymore. Stark contrast to being huddled under bridges and shit feeling like a delinquent back in uppity ass newport beach.

   in los angeles where i live i smell it all the time. in tennessee where some of my family lives its very rare you smell weed on someone, in canada where some of my family lives its the same it just depends on which type of places you go to
