Sorry to tell you this but, they're not, a charger holder is a part to a dispenser that you screw it in. But there is some good news, you might be able to make a jerry rigged cracker yourself. Or just fork over $25 and order a dispenser they're better.
Actually, don't make your own cracker because I don't wanna face manslaughter charges if you somehow kill yourself.

You can buy crackers from aliexpress. I have one but it hurts my hands trying to twist it together :( so I ordered a dispenser like a week ago but it didn't come yet.

buy a co2 pistol and put spacers in the cartidge slot so the smaller no2 bottle fits and shoot urself in the mouth repeatedly

i looked it up they sell dispensers at william sonoma for 100 dollars NOPE they have another dispenser at some place 13 miles away and I have no car
