genius way to never get caught buying or selling drugs

   i just thought of. what you do, is whenever you buy drugs, you ask the dealer if the drug that you are buying is legal. obviously it's not legal, but a dealer can lie and say that it is. but if the person is a cop or an informant, saying that the substance that they are selling to the person is legal fucks up their whole case, does it not? it seems like they could take that as plausible deniability
