So far I have a zombie farm, some banners for my base, enchanting table and brewing stand. Going to see if i can get a bunch of villagers next.

All useful villagers are transported into cages, where i can exchange things like paper, rotten flesh, carrots, potatoes, uncooked meat or wool for emeralds. I can then exchange the emeralds for more useful things.
Got my afk fish farm working too. This can pull in a lot of good loot:
