2018-05-23 at 2:05 AM UTCNo I'm not kidding...he was a genius. Detected cancer before anyone and alerted us of a fire. Would ride the dog for fun bare back and I swear he could talk. Sometimes he'd scare people and almost killed a cop who was visiting unexpected. Found him in the winter almost mutilated around Christmas one year returning from overseas and rushed him to the vet. The Doc and I went half and half and kept him. Good choice and he was incredible. Loved riding in a leather pouch we made for him on my bike so he wouldn't fall off and loved speed. Damn he was smart...never seen anything like him.

I should mention this since you have a Tabby. Mine was great until he was 13 and I had a great Vet who was always on TV. I trusted him and on a routine visit he noticed a tiny black dimple on the lower lip and it seemed suspicious. I had to travel for a day and when I came back I couldn't believe it. Even though he was injected with special antibiotics it turned out to be a common felinine HPV with a huge cyst that grew and deadly. It just couldn't be stopped and the cat had to be put to sleep. The university lab confirmed it and said Tabby's lips should be checked. More prominent in the north and not as much in the south. Air borne from cat to cat and no way to test as it has no markers until activated. Early warning signs possible vomitting and sneezing. Some Docs don't even know about this or bother checking. I drained he cyst and kept giving it CPR with a straw to keep oxygen higher while a buddy drove and yet it was already too late.💖💗 -
