2016-03-31 at 3:04 PM UTCThere's a funny story to go with this pic. Snoopy was in B&M calling me out for being "powerless", laughing and scoffing that I couldn't touch him. I was a regular with no mod powers. He kept it up and wouldn't quit with the taunting. So I did a quick search on all the mod accounts for e-mail addresses, and I found one which the mod hadn't used for years, and which had expired and been released back into the wild. So I re-registered it, then used it to send a password reset to it, making me an instant mod. Then I banned Snoopy. I put in the ban note, "How ya doing now, kid? lol" The next morning, Snoopy went to log in, and lo and behold, he wasn't laughing so loud anymore (but he was still chuckling, I'm sure). Then he had to make a sock puppet, so I banned that one as well with a note, "Ain't laughing so hard now, are ya, kid?". So he made another sock puppet and immediately contacted the global mod, Metaphysicist, but even Meta couldn't get rid of me, because he couldn't demote or ban mods, and zok was away. Snoopy had to wait a week to get unbanned. Classic shit right there, folks. Those were the good days. :)

If this is Zoklet you're talking about then globals could absolutely ban mods. They couldn't demod them but they could certainly ban them, i recall this specifically because i infracted mark after he went ham, hearing the news Zoklet would close. -

Not true. I first posted on Totse in late '89. Then later, in 2006, I registered this account. Most people, including you, don't know what the pre-WWW Totse even looked like, so how would you even know if I "got it wrong"? I'm a legend, son. Face it.
