I'v heard of this before
Lahaina Noon? happens like once a year. some artist made a sculpture where during the Subsolar point the sculpture will make a circle around a wiggly thing.. all other times of the year the shadow is wiggly like the sculpture.
they say it's like objects such as traffic barriers look fake.. like a bad 3D affect with no shadow.
and makes people spaced out. has anyone encountered such a thing?
