They say only about 1 in 100,000 Americans know about this. The shit your history books won't tell you.

2018-05-19 at 7:44 PM UTCI never even heard of Operation Keelhaul.
American and British soldiers were shocked and horrified at the sight of prisoners biting into each others' jugular veins, impaling themselves on broken glass, and jumping off of speeding trains as a means of escaping return. The military protested the policy, however its objections were generally ignored and the policy remained in effect.

The ALLIES ruthlessly carried out 'Operation Keelhaul', deporting innocent refugees from eastern Europe into Stalin's clutches.
The Russian troops often machine-gunned these people as they arrived in Soviet territory, sometimes while still on the trains.
Many were hanged immediately in the forests where they were handed over.
Most of these people were nothing more than White Christian refugees, who didn't want to live in nations of Stalinist tyranny. -
2018-05-19 at 8:01 PM UTCHadn't heard of it but it makes sense - they would've had to have come to some agreement to secure the safe passage of their own nationals interned in German camps that'd been taken over by the Soviets... Would've been a difficult choice.
First link seems a bit insane. -
2018-05-20 at 7:43 AM UTCYeah i have heard about this, but then, i am not an american. The allied powers were complicit in the murder of all these people.

Yeah especially the partitioning of Germany, the burning of Dresden (And the firebombing of most big German and Japanese cities) and Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Totally worth it. Oh yeah remember? Ostensibly, Britain and France had extended protection to Poland. Don't touch Poland they said, come '45, they were like meh. Stalin can have Poland. What the fuck was it all for then fuckers!?. -
2018-05-20 at 1:52 PM UTC"Consistency has never been a mark of stupidity. If the diplomats
who have mishandled our relations with Russia were merely stupid,
they would occasionally make a mistake in our favor." James Forrestal.
And they murdered him, like they do so many of our true heroes.

2018-05-20 at 1:58 PM UTCI was fascinating with the Fuhrer from a young age. It wasn't until i started doing research into the whole matter and by extension WWII and WWI that i realized i had been lied to in the schools. I actually like all kinds of history but the second world war period i probably find the most fascinating. Also, i saw the second tower collapse live on TV, pretty much got into the whole (((conspiracy))) angle early on.

2018-05-20 at 2:02 PM UTCPatton knew about this and his suggestions were ignored. He wanted to force the Russians out of East Europe and make them retreat. With the A bomb they could have gotten a better deal and it was a big mistake to give Stalin what he wanted.

It was because the families that own the banks made so much money lending to nations in WWI they wanted wanted to throw a second party.
