   spectral has a habit of making things like that seem like a big deal, when in actual fact lanny probably just wrote a 10-line script that kept submitting 5-point infractions for an hour. it was funny at the time and if I remember right it took an admin all of 20 seconds to reactivate his account.
   
   most of his constant raging against the machine is extreme hyperbole, he's been doing it since... the late 80s I think, if you believe how long he's followed the community

   Get your facts straight, egghead. It took mizled and psychomanthis quite some time to reverse each infraction manually. I have that straight from the horses' mouths. That's why Lanny got himself perma-banned for doing it.
