They recently came out with a new album (i thought they were dead) and they have lockett pundt back in the band (the last album I really didnt like, microcastles will always be a classic though). You can really tell which songs had his influence, I like bradford cox, but at the same time he's gotten into a nitch thats a lil to jam bandy for me, but hey its his art and its better than a lot of current music.

Heres one of my older faves and then here is one of my newer faves fam

They got dat mat demarco guitar dats so popular now.

I thought this thread was going to be about the game Big Buck Hunter. I fucking love that game. I used to play it all the time when I would go to Buffalo Wild Wings. One time I shot a doe on purpose just to be a bastard.

The band is probably ghey tho if you like them.
    I like [explative deleted] cox,

It's denying yourself the enjoyments of wide and interesting genres of music.

Yeah, Panda is the brains and soul of AnCo IMO, and even if RAM was shit his solo album this or last year clearly shows that, he seems like a funny/awkward kinda guy from interviews, I could imagine him being cool to hang out with in real life.

I asked Bill Krozby if he liked Frank Sinatra and he told me that he doesn't listen to music older than he is.

um no….? I listen to all different kinds of music. I just happen to like rock the most. Though lately I've been listening to a lot of very early experimental music like edgar varese. he was one of the earliest "electronic" artist

Yes he was awkward, even when I spoke to him over the phone I asked for his phone number, he kept telling me that its a portugal phone number and I was like yeah so? what difference does it make?

But he gave me a nice tip and was very polite

You just implied you don't listen to dubstep or trap or that listening to those genres is in bad taste.

Try Skream for UK dubstep and James Blake for "post-dubstep", I know what trap is but I don't listen to a lot of music in that genre but this dude makes some pretty great trap instrumentals. Sweet valley, likewise, is kinda pseudo-trap but really shows off the potential of that genre IMO.

yee blood, I could definitely see that influence

Oh shit, new com truise? I'm behind the times, glad to know about it.

Shit nigga, why you gotta have good taste in music but such bad sense of everything else?

But yeah I'll check out james blake.. actually there is a guy who was popular here in austin called dj= d fuse about 9 years ago (he's actually from houston, but was in austin often), who i saw dj at a party on the lake last month at a modeling event, it was pretty good and it wasn't my typical kinda music.
