   When I was weaning myself off of nicotine with a vaporizer I switched to cbd oil at the end of the taper for like 3 weeks or so. Not sure it really had any positive health effects.

   Indeed I did. Id say the nicotine taper was of a lot more help than the cbd oil.

    I chew a fuck ton of gum. Probably spend like $6 per week on it by chewing 3-4 pieces at a time.

    As I understand it RSO is mostly THC, CBD is less psychoactive but apparently retains some therapeutic properties making it preferable for people who see some benefit but can't afford to be stomed all day

    It works great in combination with the body cream. Make sure it's the pure CBD oil also. Takes about 1-2 weeks to get into your system before you really start to notice the effects.

    This lady that sold me CBD vape juice says she uses a few drops a few times a day and thats all she needs but I filled the entire tank and killed the $30 bottle in a few days with some help.
    
    I could have probably made it last longer by myself but I smoke weed all the time so I don't need it as much.
