Not if you're selling it/giving it away. It's a second degree misdemeanor even if it's unscheduled. These laws are in place so nobody within the states starts selling prescription drugs without the proper certifications. If you could do that, why even go to a doctor? Why wouldn't the drug companies just peddle to you directly? The same laws stopping them apply to the individual.
Oddly enough however, possession isn't an issue, which is why I can buy all the antibiotics and shit tier muscle relaxers I want from India.
