   1. when i smoke i get the worst fucking coughing of my life. sometimes i think im about to stroke out from coughing too hard
   
   2. even if i smoke nonstop for hours i never really get that high. its lung torture and even after constant toking im only 6/10 high. its unsatisfying in that way

   §m£ÂgØL has been telling me how fantastic his VapCap M is, and it really does sound like a good value. It uses a manual heating mechanism, so you'll need a torch to vaporize and in that sense, it's going to be more familiar to someone who uses a bowl or one-hitter. If that bothers you, the good news is that it's hard for a manufacturer to fuck up a piece of equipment that's manual like this.
   
   I used to have the V2 Pro, which was pretty great for a while until the battery stopped charging. From what I've read, this isn't a common issue. You have to buy the loose leaf cartridge separately, which makes a difference of about $5 between these two vaporizers.
   
   If you don't want to fuck around with batteries and chargers, go with the M, if you don't want to fuck around with a torch, go with the V2. There are many others within your budget, of course, these are just the two I know about. Vaping is way better than a water bong, although this varies according to the vaporizer.
