I haven't taken any xanax or phenibut for like a week but I'm still going through major withdrawal, will this shit help

Personally, I doubt it. I would suggest l-theanine to see if it helps. Probably not going to be super great but considering it has some effect on GABA its worth a shot and cheap enough. Benzo withdrawals are the worst. They last for what seems forever- a year or more in some people who've been taking them for a very long time. I was taking xanax for a year and it was months before I felt close to baseline. I still really worry about §m£ÂgØL because I really don't think he knows what he got himself into (I feel partially to blame) and I know damn well he didn't stop drinking which just stretches it out further. I would say benzo wds are the absolute worse. You feel as though your soul and all your motivation and happiness has been stolen. I wish you luck.

No, you'll probably get a seizure. I haven't been through Benzo withdrawals because I haven't stopped but there really aren't any substitutions. Picamillon has a mild GABAa affinity but they banned that stuff last year in the US for no apparent reason.
I'd suggest tapering slowely. Maybe drink a beer or two.

Withdrawals are hyped way too much, though. Shit ain't that bad. I've had some times where I was smashing my face into my matress with a foaming mouth because I was forced to be sober but in hindsight that shit wasn't that hard.
I had some medical conditions that were far worse than withrdrawals could ever be so yea. Don't believe the hype, drug users tend to be overdramatic whiney emo shitsacks by default so don't listen to how hard getting off xyz is and get your life advice from people who have been through wars or have cancer or some shit.
GABA stuff sucks ass but it's not the worst thing on the planet.
I recommend a hefty dose of steroids of your choice and some heavy shit to lift when you feel a little better and then you'll see it's not that bad to not take GABA drugs.

Opiate withdrawals are like a pretty heavy flew mixed with some psychosis. Shit ain't that bad. It's just that the users were weak fucks to begin with. Look at NFL players, they are all on Opis for their professional careers but have you ever heard one complainig about withdrawals? See, me neither. They don't even feel that shit because they are warriors.
Heavy polytoxic drug users like you tend to be fucked up before they even touched a drug so don't take advice from them.
