though I'm pretty sure a bunch of those are used more for sedation than as antipsychotics; I've heard thorazine's used a lot in institutions for patients who are 'acting out' and need to be calmed down before they hurt someone -

In some ways, I suppose. Mainly the fact that you experience "true hallucinations", as in you see and hear things that aren't actually there. But stimulant psychosis is always way more paranoid and generally fear-inducing. Instead of just hallucinating some random shit like spiders, or having conversations with people that aren't actually there, every hallucination is geared toward coming after you in some way. -
2018-05-04 at 10:39 PM UTCI was psychotic once and a jet that was a fancy new one that could hover, hovered over my house while I was walking around with a shotgun. I live near some bases but I swear to god they there trying to get me to shoot it, little did they know I shoot slugs and not buckshot.
