   Apparently Saul Goodman is a jedi-style rip-off of Larry Goodman(Anglo-Irish).
   
   Larry Goodman and his family run Anglo-Irish Beef Processors(AIBP), one of the biggest cattle slaughter operations in Europe.
   
   He has had a LOT of "luck", from benefiting from EU subsidies, to getting away with (allegedly) selling horse meat as being beef.
   
   And he runs it from what appears to be a normal house front in the small drive through town of Ardee, Ireland. Though I hear that through the alley-way there's a mess of office buildings and pre-fabs. Though I have never been there at 8am in the morning however, but I would love to be. He supposedly has a great many employees.

   Though with the writers cheating, like they do with most TV shows and films.
