   That dude has got his hands in everything and 'very excited' often paying more than they could profit on a bulk deal and buying from everyone and their mother. That's what tipped my dad off on a NARC at his school that arrested over half the graduating class at his high school. Only advice I got for ya, I'm sure there is more to it than that but.. Q#2: send someone else lol

   Cruise around the area before hand, scope out possible egress routes. whenever you post up on your corner or whatever, scan from right to left, checking windows and cars and whatnot for anything strange. See if you have a tail on the way there or if there is a person on foot who seems mighty interested in you
