2018-04-23 at 4:16 PM UTCenter, i seem to remember you telling us wtac was doing time for 'attempted manslaughter' on zoklet. it was me that pointed out that 'attempted manslaughter' isn't a charge that is possible because manslaughter is when you kill somebody without intent. and if there was no intent, then it wouldn't be an attempt.

no i had a discussion about how attempted manslaughter wasn't a thing. i was pointing out how you can't attempt to cause an accident because that then isn't an accident by definition, that would show intent which is the very definition of murder.
