   The difference between the severely mentally challenged (special needs types) and the general mentally inferior is that the former can't help it, while the latter has more opportunity to 'smarten up' but willingly chooses to stay on their own path of ignorance and essentially, stupidity (poor grammar, spelling, slow-reading, low-comprehensive abilities, poor judgement, inability to engage in conversation/ form well-thought out views/opinions, etc., etc.).

   I don't necessarily mock them, unless they did something to deserve it, but in both cases I do prefer to avoid them as much as possible, would prefer if they didn't exist, and don't feel compassion for them.
