Be careful with this, most low-empathy individuals are otherwise normal. That's why it's important to establish a pattern. Are they always mistreating the same people, what seems to be their purpose, what does it say about their motivations, etc.
You'll know them by the sensation of being drained, and you probably won't recognize that for what it is until you've come to terms with what they are. -

Labeling individuals.
After I asked him to name some people, he went on to say how he doesn't label people he only knows online, or even personally. And he hasn't named anybody, so he has stuck true to the whole 'avoiding labeling people' thing. It isn't about labels as a whole. -

It's hardly specific at all. If you read the actual criteria, it makes this look more like a poor man's field guide to identifying dysfunctional people. I'm just giving my own very general benchmark that I personally use to identify someone who may be a cluster B. It's not exactly a scientific criterion. -

Just cuz he didn’t say it out loud doesn’t mean he’s not silently labeling people in his head using the above instruction manual.

Fox Paws, I never meant to insinuate that you could be a cluster B. I just don't think you're a good candidate for it: you're not manipulative that I've seen and you're more respectful than the average user. Based on what you've told me, you may have lower empathy, but I don't think there's anything wrong with that if you don't.
I don't label people for fun, I just crafted an unscientific method for sniffing them out after discovering that a couple of people in my family fit the clinical criteria. -
