In the common law of most English-speaking countries, there is no general duty to come to the rescue of another.[1] Generally, a person cannot be held liable for doing nothing while another person is in peril.[2][3

2018-04-11 at 10:16 PM UTCDo you care to accompany those videos with any text, or are you content to let them do the arguing because you can't? Either way, I can pretty much tell they're useless just looking at them.

Tonight ill use the last of the beans ( i make like 2lbs at a time in the crockpot) to make a quinoa bean "salad" with tomato, avacado, red onion, whatever else strikes me as good. -

2018-04-17 at 12:07 AM UTCSome vegetarians/vegans abstain from meat substitutes because arranging your food into a 'burger' whether meatless or not is still commodifying animal meat just by association. Similarly, having nice faux-leather shoes would be perceived as encouraging leather to people who don't know that it's not, and it might motivate them to buy leather shoes in the same style. I'm not a supporter of that argument because I see it as overly restrictive and like to eat a veggie burger if I want or wear vegan shoes that don't look like it, but I see where it comes from.
