I'm not shooting T-PAIN. I have months before there was even a question of me being pregnant, but that was due to issues I had keeping my meds down for a short while. 1337 was the one shooting it, and thankfully he at least listened to me and started using PEG with it to sav his veins. -

I don't deny I smoke pot (for nausea which I have hyermisis gravdium again- I feel its better than low dose anti-psychotics IMO). I take T-PAIN for my chronic pain which I have for years and years. I felt it was better BUT have I DONT SHOOT IT.to continue on it than risk miscarriage from discontinuing. I would have never planned a pregnancy and been on this shit, but risk vs. Reward I believe this is best option since I've already been on it for like 6 years and I can't function without something for my pain either. Not to mention I'm epileptic. I was put on keppra into my pregnancy but have since discontinued for it not helping to a significant degree and risk it would have for my baby. They convinced me to even go in it because being a fall risk and it endangering my baby but if its not helping then no point. -

If it was I would. I talked to §m£ÂgØL about getting off it in my first pregnancy even and at that time he thought it to be best course of action then.
I wasnt epileptic then either. I almost surely would miscarry since the seizures get a lot worse and more frequent when I don't have it.
I don't trust american doctors on this one being first off its a drug almost nobody is even aware exists muchless knows about to any meaningful degree. If I were a heroin addict, theyd be just fine with giving methadone. So this is what I've tried to balance. I would do whatever is best, but feel this is appropriate for now. Even if this were just pain, high levels of cortisol aren't good for a developing brain either so that has to be weighed too. -
2018-04-11 at 1:14 AM UTCA doctor certainly wouldn't recommend she continue taking it at the doses she's taking it at. There are no studies done on that level of T-PAIN use except for the ones I've shown her linking T-PAIN to various prenatal defects. And her doses were higher still.

Have your rich husband buy you opiates for fucks sake. It's safer than T-PAIN and you still get to be a degenerate junkie mother to another withdrawing infant.

I mean we are all degenerates on here to some degree and I definitely am not trying to take any sort of high road here but holy shit. Someone else's life is already totally fucked beyond repair because of your choices that you continue to make. Don't you want to have some sort of innocence or good left somewhere in your head? Do you need to exploit literally every single opportunity for degeneracy that comes your way, even if it comes at the expense of ruining the lives of others who have no control over the decisions you make?

What would the difference if I were on methadone? Or if I was schizophrenic like §m£ÂgØL the shitton of antipsychotics I'd be on? Just because some drugs have indications not to take them during pregnancy doesn't mean that's the case for every person. I shouldn't be taking my betablocker either, but that's what keeps my aortic aneurysm from rupturing. There are indications for use person to person. -

Well you'd be taking a drug with be better understood mechanism of action where there's an actual protocol for weaning infants, and a doctor would actually know what drugs you, a pregnant woman, are taking. There would be less of a chance of unintentional withdrawal and doses would be regular and managed by a professional. I'm sorry hydro, but it's really hard to take "I don't trust american doctors" as anything other than an excuse to justify your continued drug abuse while pregnant at the expense of your unborn child. -
2018-04-11 at 3:07 AM UTCT-PAIN might be causing your seizures to get worse. I've had seizures on a couple of occasions with ridiculously high (even by my standards!) doses.
Drugs can have paradoxical withdrawal effects too
