Safest places to invest in?

I want to save up for the future, I can't buy property in my name here, but I can do that in Pakistan. I am thinking that would be a wise investment to purchase land (it's cheaper) and build something on it, (housing or renting).
But what would be the other options. -

I mean if I play it safe and work hard, 25K a year is possible. Currently I get in USD and then it gets converted into Peso's. Which is a loss for me. So trying to figure out how to save up and put the money into good use instead of letting it sit. -

Was gonna say this. I’ve thought about renting out my place before. But in the US the law favors the tenant. Even if they stop paying rent for months, it’s a nightmare to get them out. Sometimes just a couple months’ deposit isn’t enough to recoup your losses from that kind of shit. They could totally WRECK the place too. People can be animals
