My sobriety which is 0 dAYS NOW (i AM NOT PROUD OF IT)
i AM ON MY 4TH BEER AND I Hhave 5 more to go but...
I got a call and my dude from treatment relapsed and had a stroke.
It took 2 days before they found him and he is paralyzed half his body and he can not speak
Why am I drinking ???
I do not know.
I am powerless
I have a job tomorrow or Monday.
What am I going to do ith my money?? Buy more alcohol and head back to the needle???
I can not do that
My life is barely manageable.
I have to stop
I have to live.
I wwant to live.
I am drunk and I do not like it. I need more help. I cann not afford more help. I have to be strong AND DO WHAT IS RIGHT.
People need me.. I neeed me . How do I get ober this??

I was a severe and hopeless alcoholic until I put down the bottle and picked up the shard. My life has only improved ever since.

Go to meetings EVERYDAY.
Call your sponsor EVERYDAY.
Read your literature EVERYDAY.
Live in the moment, get a hobby (I like growing weed and playing guitar)
Exercise EVERYDAY even if it's just taking a 2 mile walk.
Find a female THAT DOESN'T DO DRUGS and stick your penis in her EVERYDAY.
Half measures availed us NOTHING. NOT A GOD DAMNED THING BUT A LOW ENOUGH TOLERANCE TO DIE WHEN WE RELAPSE.

Get a really strong edible. Edibles can bring you to the same places.
