I can't forgot that after I'm buff and women want to date me...

2018-04-08 at 3:04 AM UTC...that when I wasn't buff, they didn't want me.
I can't forget that.
I have to remember that, and make them pay emotionally. -

2018-04-08 at 5:09 AM UTCI think you were on the right track when you kept a journal documenting your routine and how you feel about women. If you stop writing these things down, you'll get distracted by your muscle growth. You must detach emotionally from the gains, or you will become prey for the whores.

EDIT: According to a BMI calculator, it's fine. Those things are shit though, I clearly have a gut.
bmi index is bullshit. For example, it would say that you were overweight if your weight was over a certain amount depending on your height. It does not distinguish weight from muscle and weight from fat.
As far as if thats a good weight, I really can never tell honestly. I have friends who weigh less than me but can lift more. Though to be honest I don't work out like I used to ever since I started working labor. Neither do my friends who started working labor with me.
My weight fluctuates as much as 15-20 lbs depending on time of year. -

I used to work labor and it was a bitch. Fucking worthless going to the gym.
I'm hoping if I just cut back on the chocolates and shit, my gut will work itself out over the next couple of months, and I'll end up looking good.
