For instance when I go there it doesn't specify resolution or size, but when I try to upload one it say 75px.
Also explain what tripcode, auto-anonymise, etc do.

tripcode adds a randomly-selected unique phrase to your user title - if you turn it on you'll get '[herpetic sea snake]' or some shit beside your name, the idea being that if someone creates an account trying to impersonate you it'll be obvious it's a different person. A few people already have it turned on.
Anonymise account deletes your account and attributes all your posts to 'The Self Taught Man'; was originally intended to hide your identity if your boss, parents etc. found your username but people mostly just use it if they have ADD and get bored of their current username
