I went to bed at 5am and woke up at 2pm with really bad brain fog. I've been pushing myself mentally a little lately, and maybe sometimes that does it - I haven't taken any drugs, alcohol, bad foods, etc. in the last few days.
What do I do to get better?

Try tianŠµptine. Keep your doses low though.

We're using long range microwave tranmistters to gradually alter your mind into something more Juden friendly. Lethargy and "brain fog" are side effects.
