2018-04-01 at 3:42 AM UTCJeff Hunter played this game where his Bot (That he loved to talk about) back in the early 1990s, would talk with you in a popup. he basicly tested users to see how long it took before asking if it was real (or a bot)
I saw this same thing in the film Exmechna. yet it was a real thing on totse dialup as well as the internet site.

2018-04-01 at 6:30 PM UTCYes, a Turing test of sorts. I am on topic because there is a lot of clickbait out there pertaining to this topic. It's sort of unfortunate, kind of like genetic modification or nuclear energy -- that News agencies write very sensational articles in an attempt to lure uninformed readers.
I don't think I ever saw this popup you speak of, but it sounds neat.
I think we should remove the letter A from AI. After all, we are just complex baysian networks all the same. -

Did you log onto his dialup forum (I believe for a while it was a modified Wildcat.. people tell me it was something else.)7 nodes. I found a pdf file of the Quarterly Magazine that the store clerk showed me early 1990s when I first logged onto it. Ufology information was great. the online games were primative but fun. -
