Javascript Animation UI

   I want to make a frontend where you click and drag to choose from a set of tarot cards. You click to select. The animation needs to be smooth, like if I'm at Ace it should be easy to flick (on mobile or desktop) to get to King.
   
   I'd also like the animation to be on an arc, if that makes sense, so it looks more organic.
   
   I can't find a Javascript library that would help, any suggestions? Even what to put into Google.

   The phrase I was looking for was Kinetic Scroll. Once I have that in google I start getting relevant results.
