   1. Scan site for e-mail addresses linked to active accounts
   2. Check domains to see if they are expired
   3. Purchase and re-create expired domains
   4. Use site's password reset tool to send password resets of active accounts to re-created domain's new e-mail server
   5. Glittering prizes??
