   It's a replacement of Ipecac and works better than charcoal.
   
   It's basically an extremely concentrated D-X-M syrup (you get about gram per spoonful) with a bunch of guaifenesin, Capsaicin, glycerin, hydrogen peroxide and ammonium sulfate.
