short: local sheriffs are looking for someone, visit last known address, find someone else living there - they're told the person they're looking for no longer resides at the address.
sheriffs ask if they can search the place, resident tells them to get a warrant, sheriffs kick in the door, taser, mace and shoot him.
the aristocrats! -

I don't think it's unreasonable to try to wrest away a taser if someone kicks in you door, beats the shit out of you, sprays mace in your face then starts shocking you, cop or otherwise -

You know whats unreasonable (and by unreasonable I mean what will probably get you shot)? Going about it any other way than complete compliance with the officer. I'm not saying the officer acted reasonably but you are a high strung moron if you think that any other course of action that is not "Yes officer, no officer" is going to get you far. The thing about the system of law in this country is that, the police dont decide who is guilty. You may get taken into custody but in reality that isnt even a big deal. Any smart human being will allow themselves to be taken into custody, talk to their lawyer, and sue the shit out of the department when it comes back that there was no warrant and that the officer partook in unlawful action.
Only a moron is going to go "OH LOOK! THIS COP IS FUCKING MY SHIT UP AND ATTEMPTING TO SUBDUE ME! I BETTER GRAB AT HIS WEAPONS! THAT WILL SETTLE THE SITUATION." -
2015-11-17 at 12:19 AM UTCthe cop was there illegally and as a result of his (illegal) actions, someone died
if someone is committing a crime and unintentionally kills someone while doing it, they can and will be charged with murder
it should be the same for this cop -

I'd be willing to bet that guy was in fear for his life after the aforementioned variety bucket of beatings, so there probably wasn't much more running through his head than 'make it stop' when he tried to grab the taser -
2015-11-17 at 1:19 AM UTCBut you weren't there so you cant make that assumption. Its a pretty odd situation considering he was "beaten up" inside but shot outside.
Im not saying the cop was right, I am saying that if you want to live through the situation don't grab his less than lethal weapons. Shoulda grabbed the gun and he could have gotten away with it. -
2015-11-17 at 2:31 AM UTCIn some states, it is now legal to use deadly force against police officers entering a citizen's property unlawfully, who are deemed to be a threat to the citizen's safety.

Name one and the state statute number you idiot.
All of them. Its essentially in the constitution. We are given the right to bear arms for a reason you dementia encrusted fuck.
Also Indiana is just the only one legislating it (which is stupid as fuck since self defense is self defense regardless of who its against). Further judges in other states have agreed that certain times self defense shooting of officers is legitimate. Take a look at this case of a MARIJUANA GROWER walking free after killing a cop in a no knock raid. http://countercurrentnews.com/2015/02/swat-cops-no-knock-raid-texas/#
Also that time tupac shot two cops and walked. -
2015-11-18 at 3:49 PM UTChah, have you heard of jigaboo jones? he had cops trying to kick his (reinforced) door in - they said they were cops but kept smashing at the door and wouldn't provide a warrant or ID so he called 911 and told them he had people trying to bust his door down claiming they were cops and that he thought they were gangsters - the operator couldn't verify whether there was a police operation in the area, so he waited for them to kick in his door. then shot one of them in the dick and threw his gun down.
he managed to walk because the cops didn't present ID and calling 911 to verify was seen as a good-faith gesture I guess -

'Under Section 40 of the Criminal Code, which deals with the defence of dwellings, Nichols says, "everyone who is in possession of a dwelling house is justified in using as much force as necessary, to prevent any person from forcibly breaking into or entering the dwelling house without lawful authority."'
If a policeman breaks into your house without a warrant, you can grab your rifle and shoot him. Any person. Any force necessary.
You'll notice that when SWAT teams enter houses they'll yell loudly POLICE! SEARCH WARRANT!. This is to identify that they are public servants (you're not allowed to shoot them) and to let you know they're lawfully allowed to be on your property.
f they simply yell POLICE! and do not tell you that they've got a search warrant, I'd assume it's then legal to shoot them in many states and in Canada? -

yeah, he didn't give a fuck. the self-professed '#1 nigger in america' used to make how-to crime videos ranging from cc fraud to nigger-rigged weapons like a bottle full of concrete with a stick in it to using hack tools to get free rental cars. guy was fucking hilarious. video relating to his arrest and dick-shooting:
check out some of his other videos... I've been trying to download a copy of his DVD but nobody wants to seed it
